Sykk Physh 10/23 Mixed Bag with a Bluefin Spooling

Today I had the guys diwn from Con Edison for a mixed bag trip.. I also was able to have site member Smackdown66 has a mate for the day.. All I can say is what a great bunch of guys who just enjoy the day on the water. From the minute we headed out the ball bust jokes and stories were flying.. We headed north quickly to a chaotic fleet chasing birds. Hooking up quickly on bass and blue.. Then the big hit came and the real was scream.. the boys were amazed how face we were getting spooled . I knew we had a bluefin on since guys all morning were chatting about sighting.. Before I could fire up n chase it was over!!!! Back to jig bass and blues. Then the jumbo porgy hits a 4oz croc spoon  Amazing stuff then we switch over to Blackfishing. With in a solid hr we had our boat limit and round out the day we a box of fish.. The to Team ConED and Ryan(SmackDown66)..oh almost forgot all the fluke and Seabass on diamonds jig

 clp chrz The only way I'm sure that you could of had a better day is having a more sizable limit of fish allowed. chrz t^
