Title: Hallie Loren weekend Aug 1-2 Raritan bay

Saturday Jersey Joe, Pete  and his son Evan and I fluked the bay and outside the hook. Fast drift and strong wind  with plenty of shorts and only 1 keeper.   Many boats in the tourney couldn't scratch up 5 keepers to weigh in.
     Sunday took out my wife and daughter for lunch cruise.  Dead sticked 2 rods and caught a couple shorts.  A large school of cocktail blues came through and we had some fun on topwater plugs..
   Nice day out.

Thanks for the report Eddie .Not going to fish this week at all .Have plenty of stuff to keep me busy around the house .
