Title: Pearly Lake, New Hampshire 9-28-2015
Post by: gymrat987654321 on September 28, 2015, 06:22:13 PM
Threw a 1/8 oz rapala husky jerk in yellow perch pattern from about 5:30 to 6:00 this evening. Caught a lone cannibal yellow perch. This lake is loaded with perch. I've caught countless amounts of them over the past year. More than any other species. I saw a couple baby 2-3 inchers swimming under my kayak this summer. I even tried to get an underwater video using my homemade waterproof cellphone case (ziplock bag). What I didn't know is that there was a hole in the bag and it ruined my 3 month old phone. And I didn't even get the video. Anyway, looks like a lure in perch pattern is the way to go here.

They are cannibal like .They target and catch em by the buckets threw the ice in Vermont .Sure they do the same in NH .Get tasting fish .Had a buddy in Vermont that had a beer batter recipe ,he would make perch fried nuggets .They were wonderful .
