I love the part where he sais.. It has a really cool cover with flames on it!!! cfzd That was the least of my worries and the last thing I tightened up!!!! rofla He didn't mention that you have to move the motor mounts 4in. back and change out the exhuast elbows. Arrrrrrr.It does run like a clock though!! Doesn't even turn over a full turn and she's running. That's pretty good for a carb motor. Again ...the test of time.At $5,600 It better hold up fcp

Good luck with the re-power. If it was an outboard, $5500 might buy you a 50hp.

good luck with it; in my experience the closed cooling upgrade is THE way to go for longevity on a cast iron block running in saltwater
