ready to hit the water?
« on: April 30, 2012, 11:42:19 AM »
Im hoping to finally get my boat out next weekend....i just disconnected my working autoblend system im tired of rolling the dice i dont need to replace a powerhead. I also changed my sparkplugs and lower unit oil and a couple other minor fixes, Im hoping i have no problems without autoblend all i did was disconnect the wire harness and connect the gas lines together bypassing autoblend unit.

just dont forget to add to fuel t^
Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

funny you mention fuel i had about 12 gallons of fuel in my tank yesterday i tried to get out, its old gas and now im premixing since i disconnected my autoblend oil injector. Funny part was how much of a pita it was to get the fuel out first try was with a little pump siphon i already had, it didnt work. Then somebody told me at work they saw a cool siphon at the boat show called the jiggler siphon, after a little research i found it at harbour freight. Stuck it in the tank and tried it for 15 minutes NO FUEL lol so i returned it and got another little pump siphon they had was on sale for $5.99 finally! it worked great! t^
