Title: Fish Monger Fluke n Seabass Mon 8/3
Post by: Capt -Jerry P on August 03, 2009, 09:27:09 PM
Had Tony and Joe aboard along with all da boys from Trizetto. Julian Greg Pete and Paul Rounded out the crew for a day off of work...

Headed Out and we decided to go for seabass for a while to bend some Rods.... We drifted around a few pieces due to no wind or current and picked and plucked at seabass shorts and some nice keepers...

After we had some fun with the seabass we headed to the rough bottom fluken grounds... First Couple of drifts were ok with a bunch of shorts and a few keepers... Then we completly lost the drift and the Bites stopped...

We played around with a few more seabass over some structure until the breeze kicked in...

Back to fluking and with a little drift we were able to pick a few Nice keepers with shorts and some seabass... Tony landed His personal best a nice 8lb 4oz. Greg His best at 5lb 13 0z

By days end we boxed up 11 keeper fluke to 8lbs and 40 keeper seabass... Weather was perfect for the guys to have a day off and be on the water...

Great guys and lots of Fun!!!

Back at it again Tomorrow

Thanks Again Guys
