  Does anyone know if a ball mount can be flipped around? My understanding is that from the top of the receiver. Its either a drop or a rise. I need a rise and all that I see in stores till you what the drop is.

As long as the trailer coupler does not hit the receiver on the drop side. If you need a rise just get the one that will do the trick for you if you turn it over.
