A very unsettled week with poor water and beach conditions. Rain, showers, and thunderstorms will be possible all week. The best chances of dry conditions come towards the end of the week and weekend right now. Some storms could be strong to severe with heavy rain, dangerous lightning, and damaging winds. Highs will be in the 70’s and 80’s with lows in the 60’s to 70’s. Water conditions will be cautious to hazardous for the week, with better conditions on the weekend. Surf and beach conditions will be cautious to hazardous for the week, improving on the weekend. Rip Current Risks will be Moderate to High becoming Low to Moderate towards the end of the week. Water temperatures are in the upper 60’s to upper 70’s.

The surface low pressure system that affected our area continues to move off to the northwest into the Great Lakes and Southern Ontario region. Another area of low pressure centered over the Ohio River Valley will continue to slowly move off to the south during the first half of this week. Several disturbances are expected to move
around the low, continuing the unsettled weather through the week. A cold front may move into the region Friday.
