A lot of people who are behind on child support sit in the county jails on taxpayer dime.  It has been going on for a long time. :headscra:

It's an issue that definitly needs work. I've heard horror stories from both sides, and its a very touchy subject. Like real deadbeats, to people that can't afford to pay as of late. Mostly due to the economy the last few years. Sitting in a jail though for 7 weeks is a bit outragious...IMHO.
