I have Friday off an plan to fish the Delaware bay from shore in south west New Jersey. When I fish during the summer I usually launch from fortesque and there is a bait store right by the launch that I can pick up bait for the day. I am afraid they won't be open yet this season and I don't have a phone number that works for their store. Can somebody recommend a bait store that I can pick up blood worms and bunker between comodor berry bridge and fortesque?
Thanks

Nobody? Man I don't want to miss a few hours of fishing trying to find bait.

i know bartones is down that way, i havent been there this year but i would assume they are open, the girls place on rt 47 in port elizabeth is open and they always have very fresh bait, this is the time for fortesque and the reports have been pretty good from there, lots of perch and short stripers from the beach, clam, bloodworm, and grass shrimp are all good bait right now

Thank you. Talked to the people at the girls place and there open. Hearing some good reports hopefully I will be able to post one tomorrow.
