Hunter 2- short trip 10/28/2010

Went to check the boat and noticed my eels were still swimming in the bucket I had hanging off the boat from 12 days ago, I guess the bucket thing works!   I shoved off solo around 5pm to the raritan reach channel buoy 18 to 20 area, The tide was just at dead low, water temp 58deg, strong wind and chop, I made a few drifts and landed a 27.5" BASS on an eel. Warren (wb) STOPPED BY TO SAY HELLO, Things slowed down so I made a few moves, 11A, Buoy 12, keyport buoy 1, Back to 20 and 18,  Wind against tide ruined the rest of the trip. Back at the dock by 9pm. Better than watching TV, Good Luck!,  Eddie t^
