This is a serious issue. Guys, just think if you got fined for just fishing a beach! Just think that you would have to buy a permit to fish a beach or worse yet be denied access because you are not a resident. Imagine not being able to drive on a beach. This is something worth fighting for. It seems Rhode Island is becoming the only Fisherman friendly state left! Thank you for the Post NJ Diver
