This was posted a couple years back but could'nt find it with our search but found it when I did a Google search :headscra: Enjoy! t^
1. Cut Tog fillet's into 1 inch cubes
2. Boil a medium sauce pan full of water
3. Add 3-4 Tablespoons of Brown sugar
4. Add Tog fillets and boil for just over 4 minutes.
5. Remove fish from broth and strain.
6. Season to taste with salt, pepper and old bay.
7. Dip in melted butter and enjoy.

I think we alll agree he was a _______! I tried to ignore his 'chick' comments....but finally had to say....I'm not just annnnny chick, I'm one of the guys!! And proud of it!!!
That recipie does sound yummy..its not to sweet with the brown sugar? We gotta do it guys!!! Let's get another trip going asap!! The fish I had tonight was simply delish!!! If we can though, just with our crew! Or peeps we know! I'm all in for anytime after Jan. Lot's more cooking and photo taking for me over the next few weeks! ;D

I'm not usually a huge fan of tog unless it is in a fish cake or chowder, but this is really good. Simple and quick too
