The last 20 seconds says it all. Boat Capt used some heavy reverse to prevent an accident.

Saw 2 boats going out SRI thursday am about 630 doing the same thing ..luckily for them I was only one coming out of the inlet.. cfzd

It was the old Salty coming out of Shark River one day last week.

I am on the old salty right now. Showed them the video. It wasn't them. Kinda looks like Capt Scotty'ss tree. I'll have to ask him..

it didn't look like they avoided an accident.. from what i saw, it looks like they went right under the bow.

I cant belive I just watched that....had to swallow hard and my butt puckered up to a factor 9 out of 10. Those guys should be jailed for doing something stupid like that....and what about the boats behind him...all of the sudden its a pile up.

Looks like the around Long Island (NY) Lifeguard races, and I believe that was the Meadowbrook Bridge.
