Spring break was for my son was capped of with a afternoon fishing trip. Headed to the water @10.30 soon as we got there a guy already fishing was reeling one in. We got setup in overcast conditions with a light misting rain. Clams in the drink @ 10:45 by 10:50 got our first hit. Being the first trip of the season for me I wasnt tuned in yet and missed it. A few light bumps came and went then we came tight on the first fish of the year for me, nice little 20" schoolie. Fish was ICE cold. Finished the day landing 3 total biggest going 26". watched a guy dump 2nice racks from the night before. Fish are here and its warming up.
