Fishermen Fishing report Monday 10/18/10
« on: October 18, 2010, 06:03:26 PM »
Started out the morning with plenty of bird life and not many fish. Current at just under 3 knots I'm sure, had a lot to do with it.
A few bass, couple blues.
Took a bit of a ride to find lots of life and a crazy bite! Fish rolling on top, when we got to them they'd move and pop up 200 yards away!
Bite got better after the change of tide, a nice mix of Bass and Blues, all on jigs. Just about all the bass were keepers with the exception of a couple shorts in the AM.
Nice body of fish, if they would just settle down... The Monday boys were a little off their game today, next week for sure!!

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
