Title: Any action at Sandy Hook

Any action at Sandy Hook? I am going there on Sunday and just wondering if the bass and blue are still around and what baits are working the best? I like to fish lures but if bait is the ticket I  will switch oh and I am a beginner at surf fishing. Thanks for any help!!

Plenty of Bass and Plenty of blues....had a charter out on Monday and the BLues and school bass were blitzing in the rips....guys on shore as well as in boats were having a blast t^
