Heat olive oil and 2 tbs of butter in a pan. Brown fresh garlic and onions in the pan.
Add 3 cups of white wine, and 1 bottle of clam juice.
When mixture comes to a boil, add 1 dozen clams. Once the clams open, remove them and add another shell fish, (lobster or crabs), when then turn red, remove them and add jumbo shrimp to the boil. When the shrimp turns red, add 1 pint of heavy cream, 1 can of tomato sauce, fresh cut parsley, pepper, and salt.
Put that on a slow simmer for the amount of time it takes you to make the pasta. Combine pasta and sauce and you will have an outstanding meal. It will taste better after the pasta sits for a while.
Just did this tonight and it was great.
