Post by: CapBob on March 16, 2009, 06:14:59 AM
Saw this one on TV, gave it a try and it was great:

Lay Cod fillets in baking dish covering bottom so they are touching

Layer on Salsa (you pick Mild, Medium, Hot)

Layer on Shredded Cedar Cheese

Crush up Corn Tortilla Chips and layer on

Bake in pre-heated oven until cheese thoroughly melted

It was Fantastic..... t^

Added a side of Stewed Tomatos and Homemade Mac and Cheese and it was a meal fit for a king chrz

sounds good, was down friends house yesterday to borrow orbital sander for sanding boat flooring to prep some more for painting and  he was out Saturday on a cod trip out of Montauk and they did real well,so he gave me some fillets that I bought home, will pass this by the bride and see if she wants to try it,sounds real good to me. t^
