Had my nephew Eddie Goodell Jr, and friends Anthony Berlinski and Joe Tilton. Got bait and looked around. Got crowded and ran to another area and got on the drift. Tougher fishing than last week...no breaking bass and less bunkers overall.
Went 4 for 13 on bass from 23 to 38 lbs. Kept 3 for the Father's Day weekend. Eddie got his personal best 32 lber!!
Bass were picky on the pick ups...would not take the baits all the way.
Nice late afternoon on the ocean...slight ground swell left over from Thursday's stormy weather. I had 63.4 to the south and then 67.9 to the north...

Joe they were definitely biting weird yesterday - we dropped/missed more fish then usual - lots of skinned and scaled bunker coming back to the boat even though we caught our share ???

Nice catch Tuna Tales
Yep they were picky when biting yesterday? Like playing with The Bunks.
