WOW, that is amazing.  I was waiting for him to cut something else off.  That knife has to be really sharp to cut like that. I would love to see how he keeps it so sharp.

That guy is a filleting machine!  Looks like he is using a machete hhppy.

Like others said, has to be a SUPER sharp knife.  I'd hurt myself with that thing! rofla
