yes the winds were blowing - not that bad - but bad enough - i took a member of swfm with me - tatz - we walked the flats - the wind made it very hard to see the crabs but did manage about 18 or so - than went clammin and we did better not great but better me 129 - tatz 50 ish - we had a great day and he is welcome any time -
also he was canoe friendly TT^

Nice job! Glad to see tatz was able to get out with you...if anyone could put him on clams in this area, it would be you ;D.

I want to thank Olclamman for the awesome trip on that day. I actually did better with the clams, just under 100 (I know because I had to shuck them!!!!) I did much better finding them under foot than I did with the rake. Don't let his screenname fool you: he may be older but he sure is in phenomanal shape. I had to leave early to get home for my wife to get to work, but I was TIRED as all hell and olclamman seemed like he could have gone on for days. Thanks for getting me out there and I had a blast. I am canoe friendly ;D, who knew? 5hrug
