We had about 45 or so folks on board today. A windy day to say the least. But a gorgeous day on the water. It looked like an October day but warmer of course since its August. Really nice out there.
Tough day on the water. The Spro and Gulp folks had shorts but only a keeper or two a piece. Or nothing. I was using a smelt and squid strip combo and had two shorts and three keepers. They were quality fluke, not pool worthy but good. Some folks told me I was high hook. Does not matter to me if I was or not, I was just glad to have my first three keeper fluke of the year.
Thanks to Captain George, Brian and Christine. Another awesome job and terrific customer service.
Pictures to follow.

BTW, we saw a bunch of dolphin in the bay. Really cool. I love watching them. Also, at one drift a private boat was close to us. Huge amout of bird play right by their boat. You would think they would have tossed a diamond jig in the area and see what happens. No dice. And I was not the only one thinking that.
These are from a trip I amde on the Paramount on July 17. I had eighteen ling. First time on the boat.
Be good!
