Title: Saw the coolest fishing truck EVER!

I was driving to Blockbuster on 37 in Toms River today after dropping my girlfriend off at the tanning salon for her weekly session. On my way back to the tanning salon and I saw this Mercedes Benz Unimog, greyish is color, and all setup to go out on the beach. I said to myself, DAMN what a awesome looking truck. Its cool!!

If anyone here owns it or know who it is, give them a HUGE thumbs up on it. AWESOME TRUCK!!!

Haha.  He pulled up right next to us on the inlet today.  That thing was straight badass.  My buddy knew the passenger in it.  We were all standing around it BS'ing about it.  Awesome ride!

This is the same model and year, but this guy had 15" wide tires that look like they came off a front-end loader.

Edit:  His was also a 4-door model.

That's new to IBSP.  I have not seen him on the beach before.  I guess he figures to bring it out in case the high tide cuts him off or something.

Awesome that you saw him there, thats cool. I knew he was heading to the beach.

They have them for sale on ebay for $40k.

Not bad :P!  Although, if I was going to drop 40K to go fishing, it would be on a boat a gear.  Not a BB.  I love surf fishing, BUT not 40K worth.

Would they let a Deuce and a half on the beach?  Guy down thee street has a military surplus one for sale...cheap, I think!

This guy got his from Germany.  It was used for the postal service over there prior to him owning it.

That thing was used to deliver MAIL? Damn better give the mailman a better Xmas present in Germany!!
