Fished the Carteret and Lindenkohl canyons with the Alves charter and had slow fishing in terms of quantity of fish. The quality, however, was right on the money! The charter requested that we target swords at night and we put this one in the boat:

Thanks guys! This fish was faught by a 16 year old on his first canyon trip. It was actually his first fish offshore as well.
Not a bad start!
He did everything perfectly from start to finish.
