Just received a survey from the NOAA NMFS survey on Cod, Haddock, & Pollock fishing. As I do not fish for any of these species, I was wondering if anyone would like me to pass this on to them. 5hrug

Meaning this is the "best available science" they use, fill it out saying that you saw millions and millions of each species traveling up and down the Hudson River all season. ;D
They want to rely on these surveys so much show them how they can be skewed so badly that they are meaningless. nts nosmly
