Title: Sunday 9/20 BFT non-report
Post by: Chicken of the Sea on September 21, 2009, 09:30:32 AM
LEFT IN THE DARK FOR ANOTHER SHOT AT THE BLUEFINS. ARRIVED TO FIND THE AP LOOKING LIKE A PARKING LOT. WITH TALK OF NOTHING BUT BLUE FISH I KEPT GOING AND STOPPED IN THE CHICKEN. A SMALLER FLEET WAS WORKING THE AREA. WE HAD LIFE WITH SKIPPIES ON TOP, SEA TURTLES ETC - NO FISH. BACK IN TO AP MORE OF THE SAME. HEARD OF A FEW FISH CAUGHT SAW ONE THRESHER CAUGHT (100-150#)lOTS OF LIFE PORPOSES, TURTLES, OCEAN SUNFISH - WATER WAS CLEAN BUT GREEN 64-67 DEGREES. GREAT RIDE OUT AND BACK.

Yeah, you can't let that sweetie stay at the dock.  t^

I have over 600 hours on my new Yammie. This is only my third season with it and I do mostly fluke fishing so there is a lot of down time on the motor each trip.  TT^
