whats the chance someone has a 15 1/4 x 15 alum prop for a yamaha laying around that they wont be using. not tore up either,, i got 1 of those already
coty marine fudged mine up, so i went and got a black stainless one in the same size, which is the one they said to get,, and it aint right. with load its only hitting 5500rpms. with the alum, i was able to hit 5900rpms, 38mph,,, perfect.
if noone's got one laying around im gonna pick one up during the week, and give you all a shot at this one on the f/s forum, since i highly doubt the place will take it back, but i will try.
bought it at nj outboards, if any1 has a good connection there, hook me up.
hell, i think i'll call yamaha and ask what the proper replacement should be, and try to exchange it.

Don't have one lying around but by chaging the pitch you could gain about 200 rpms, your SS can be re-pitched
