While out fishing the other day, I lost the screw that holds the handle in place on my Quantum spinning reel. nosmly
I called Quantum customer service this morning and they are sending me a replacement NO CHARGE this morning. The CSR was very pleasant and helpful, They've made a customer for life. slt

With the way the economy is, if a company doesn't have kickass customer service, people will go elsewhere.

nice to hear, the same thing happened to me but with a shimano reel and I looked up the part, called, and they sent it to me for free. Very good customer service as well
