Title: reel maintenance shop?

I'm looking for a authorized Penn reel repair/maintenance shop in our area.Monmouth,Ocean county,, I have a few reels I would like checked out. Drag washers and wear items.
 Any of you guys reccommend anyplace?

Eddie, I tried a couple of the local guys both in(work for themselves) and out of the tackle shops. None could compare to the job that Penn in Pa. did on my reels.Fabulous work and fair price.

I was also going to recommend that you send them over to Penn in Philly.  But apparently they don't work on them there anymore.  They've moved all that to the Pure Fishing HQ in Iowa. :-\

In any case, the closest Penn warranty center to you is Julian's on Route 36.  (732) 291-0050

DEpends on what you have, internationals etc... everything else can be handled locally & I have somebody who's doing a great job for me on spinning,baitcasters etc... PM me if you need the phone #.
