 I have separate GPS FF now. FF is good GPS older and can't upgrade. Would you get a combo unit or just new GPS?

Combo  t^ so you have a back up or you can run both at full screen and maybe limit the screen  size of the new unit  t^

There are good combo's but I always prefer seperate units, if one goes out you don't loose both and you can fish with just using the one unit.

Get a gps that has the OPTION to add a fishfinder even if you dont add it now!!!

Then if your ff dies you could add one to your combo unit

never know what you will want to do... so having the option is always good!

We have both and now all i use is the combo unit because the newer ff with it blows the old one a away so we keep it as a back up

i would not get a combo.. I like individual units.
