Title: Kellie pot / Holding pen ?

While reading thru tha crab reg's I stumbled upon a fee for bait pots. So my question is

DO I HAVE TO SHELL OUT ANOTHER $10.00 FOR A DAM KELLIE POT OR A HOLDING PEN FOR LIVE BAIT

No wonder the fish cops are so screwed up, Ther's so much conflicting info. The more you read the more confusing it gets

Isn't that the truth!  They can't keep them straight, the fishermen can't keep them straight, no one knows what is what nts!  With all of the changes and the required registry, people are getting paranoid...

Before I go freshwater fishing, I always re-read the Regs to make sure the area I am fishing doesn't have "SPECIAL" ones.  Kind of takes the fun out of "hopping" in the car and going fishing.

The funniest things is the little "cheat sheet" the state has created.  If you only went off of that, you'd be violating 50 other rules rgmn rgmn rgmn!
