Title: Dacron braid

 Anyone know what the difference is between dacron braid and power pro?  grtn

dacron is thicker than braid but also has zero stretch. that was the old "first version " of braid that you would see alot on reels at flea markets and stuff on the older reels(the most popular was white or black in color back then).
from a thickness stand point...solid core braid would be the thinnest diameter,hollow core braid would be thicker yet, and dacron is the thickest of the 3

 At the rate we are going fishing gear will just be collector items. Someday you will see it on Antique Road Show.  rgmn rgmn
