Thanks for sharing. I do not have first hand experience with these reels but have heard a lot of good talk about them.  t^

Mike on the Tuna Tic. has many of them.  the Conventional.  Man  They are nice.  and affordable.

Great price! 

My first surf reel was a Fin-Nor...and old Fin Nor.  That reel was solid and a work horse.  That Fin-Nor was quickly replaced with a Daiwa and reconditioned...probably still being used 5hrug?  I think they are in that more expensive class of reels, especially for spinning.  They are supposed to be able to handle bigger game than normal spinning reels and I think their conventional stuff is good too.
