Title: Stripers
Post by: fishon42 on July 05, 2007, 07:34:31 PM
Hey everyone, my father just called me told me his buddy down in Tom's River wants to go out this Saturday. I am pretty sure his boat is docked there also. Wondering if the Striped Bass production is any good right now, im sure the fluke are already doing good. Thanks for all the info, i will let him know the information as well.  ;D

There are fish all over the area from Manasquan inlet south to Barnagate Inlet. Like Joey mentioned just look for the bunker pods and birds working the spearing as well close to the shore line.

I have seem a lot of bunker but I have also seen a greater number of porpoise this year as well.  Not good for fishing when they are around.

Happy Catching
