Title: delta fast set anchor

hey im looking at buy delta fast set anchor.  i have a 20 foot boat.  do you think im good to use the 9 pound anchor, or do i need to get the 14 pound one?

any thoughts ?

The specs for the 9 pound anchor say good for 9' to 20' boat, I would be more comfy with the 14 pound anchor that will hold 20' to 30' boats. I also would get 10' of galvanized anchor chain. Don't get the rubber coated chain. This will assure you a good hold in any conditions. You can never be to safe. You might want to give Matt at task marine a call for a price on these items, He can also get Anchor line too.

cool, i had matt windterize my motor last season.  didnt know he was 2 hours away from me though, lol.  but i will call him, he did an excellent job and i had a great experience with him.
