Knew we were going to be in trouble when the SE came early this morning.
Between the channels was nasty, once again with the last of the outgoing.
Had a couple shots of fish, mostly shorts and a couple keepers before the tide ended.
Hung around hoping the bite would turn on after the change. Gave it two hours, didn't see any life, no birds, not much bait and no fish!
Did something I very rarely do....and that's throw in the towel. Without any readings to give me some hope, couldn't see kickin everyones butt for another 2 1/2 hours. Think I saved a couple guys from puekin by that move!!!
NG for tomorrow and if it does blow 35 out of the SE with all the rain thier talking about, Thursday may be NG either. Will update tomorrow.
Nice to meet Tombango today for his first trip on the fishermen.....did it have to be today!!

I saw what the ocean looked like at Belmar today. I think you made the right decision by going in early. It looked like was nasty out there. cfzd
