On Saturday May 14th at 6:00pm ......I will be holding a kayak fishing seminar at Fishermens Supply in Point Pleasant.
This is a seminar you don't want to miss.....If your just starting out or have fished from a kayak before.....This will be worth your time.
I will cover water safety,Installations,Tackle Tips,Techniques,Day/Night Fishing,Bay and Ocean Fishing.....along with how to catch Bass,Blues,Weakfish and Fluke all with a kayak.

If it is anything like the last one guys it is a do not miss if you are into or just starting out. Dave is a wealth of knowledge in this department.
If like last year Dave will have his yak there to show how things work for him.

Iwould love to go. It's a bit late for me on a Sat night. I work sat night. If it was in the afternoon or morning or noon, I would love to come. I have a buddy who is also interested. I'll keep watching the posts.

I went last year and it was very well done. I talked to Ron at surf day and he said he would like Dave to do it again. I hope to make it again.

I hope to make it but it looks like I might have conflict. If I can get out of it I will be there for sure.
For you guys that did not get a chance to catch this seminar last year by Dave you missed a really good presentation. If you are into kayaking or thinking about getting into the sport this is a must seminar.

I'm new to kayaks. I bought a used OK Drifter in Feb. and I'm waiting to get out on it. This seminar would be great for me, but I will be out of state for work. So I will miss this seminar. Damn....

Welcome aboard Dirty, To bad you will miss it but there will be other times that Dave will run a seminar. If you have any questions I am sure he would not hesitate to answer them. I am still a newbie myself as this will be my 3rd year in a yak and I have to tell you it has changed the way I fish a lot.

Thanks Ped. I'm sure I will be fine on the yak and I'm sure I will in the near future will be asking some questions and trying to meet up with some people that are willing to show a newbie the ropes of kayaking along with kayak fishing...

What areas will you be fishing?

I'll be fishing Raritan bay in and around Keansburg and Port Monmouth and then Sandy Hook...
Freshwater fishing, I would say, Manasquan Resi, Assunpink, Lake Lefferts.
