Title: Holy Manasquan!
Post by: FishOn on March 07, 2011, 05:13:36 PM
Spent some time tossing spinners for trout in Spring Lake earlier today. I took the long way home to check out some tidal Manasquan spots in Wall and WOW!. That water was high, muddy, and ripping today...oh well, no action for me today

Yeh it was good to get out. My new temp job allows Mon and Tues off so I'll give it a go at a local spot tomorrow. The wind today made it tough. I've seen the squan swolen, but never like it was this morning. We mustve gotten some serious rain overnight.  Forgot my thermometer today so I'll check my local spot temps tomorrow
