Title: nature trip
Post by: hiking on March 11, 2011, 07:45:27 PM
with the temp in the mid 50's, I put the kayak in the truck and hit assumpink lake for a nature paddle. way in the back over the beaver dam, it opens up to a real wetlands (thanks beavers). plenty of muskrat action, plus many diffrent ducks and of course geese, turtles and a eagle. It was about a 3 hour trip and very enjoyable if your into nature.
