Title: NJSWF Banquet Update
Post by: Hotrod on March 19, 2011, 10:01:19 AM: With the banquet 3 Weeks away I'd like to go over a few things.

Still working on some great Sponsors... and with the way it looks this year will top all. Please keep in mind that this is Party and Fund Raiser for the RFA, lets break our record for a donation this year.

We will be selling raffle tickets for a full Fishing Package including rod and reel.(Over $500.00 Value)

Tickets will be None for 10$ and 3 for $20 ;D j/k but I'm sure you know what I'm getting at.. :P

If you haven't paid yet, Please try to at least a week before. This makes things a lot easy for Mrs. Hotrod at the door.

I will bring "Some" Shirts. But I am not looking to Sell them there.. what I am looking for is a Great Donation to the RFA... which insures Future Sponsors and something we can all be proud off t^

UPDATE March 25th
Returned from the Captains Inn today.. Did some taste testing on on menu ;D

Couple changes..
Replacing Chicken w/ Apricot and Mustard sauce with Stuffed chicken breast w/ Spinach and Cheese.

Replaced Cheese Cake.. With Apple Strudel w/ ice Cream. t^

Also Updated Table numbers and Sizes on the main Page. still have a few to sit..

No Rod, I have my son that night. Given that I only have him every other weekend and one night a week, I just can't justify losing time with him to go to the banquet.

Try and Enter and Check in the back entrance. There you will receive your(40) Free tickets for The Prizes. .

We will also be loading the tables up with Pens. That we will ask everyone to put their name on the back of their tickets they put in the Cups. Looks like we will be drawing about 100 tickets.. being able to call the persons name then check the # will speed things up.

Looks like I will be getting the Shirts Friday. so I will have them Bagged and tagged for you guys getting them at the Banquet. I will also start shipping thud them out ASAP..

We waited 364 days for this Saturday..and here it comes.. Here is to a Great Time. chrz

1) Remember. you must put your name on the Ticket you put in the Container. and Keep the "Keep this ticket" one. If we call your name from a ticket. you must be able to produce the other ticket matching the number.

Take you tickets and rip them in half the long way...put those in your pockets....then write your name on the other half of your tickets and put em in play in the buckets....

Name called must have the matching numbers on the ticket pulled to confirm your winnings!! t^
