hey I have question can i launch my kayak from IBSP any where or there are special spots I can lunch only...

You can only launch them from the bay side I believe at A-21 & A-15.

I would second that....Check at the gate to be sure.... I try to stay away from the Island this time of year for fishing.....But it sure is a great place to just kayak.

Your best bet would be, Seaside Heights, Ortley Beach or Lavellette right now.
