Title: Brick woman dies after kayak capsizes

This is on the front page of the Asbury Park Press today.....What a way to start a great holiday weekend.

Please don't Kayak with out a life vest......For all who have read or have come to the shows know how much I talk about safety.....

So if your going out on the water with a kayak this weekend or have a loved one who is going out....Please don't let them go with out a life vest..... It does not take much to flip a kayak.

Like Kayak1 said a life vest is the most important piece of equipment you can have.  Don't leave the beach without one ON.

Our family was kayaking all day today and and having fun with a new Ocean Kayak Frenzy we bought this weekend to go along with my Hobie Quest.  Before we even picked out a different seat I made sure Lil and Krista had a life vest that fit them both.  There is just to muck that can and will go wrong out there.

Best 89 bucks I spent.
