Anyone know of any gas stations that sell non-ethanol fuel on the Route 35 or Rt 36 corridor? My carb is starting to get a bit beat up on "corn gas".

I don't think that is possible any more in this state. Hey why not send your bills to the state for reimbursement? >:D
Happy Catching

Does anyone know if marine gas is non-ethanol?
I haven't had a problem yet but I'm starting to get nervous. A buddy of mine's brand new '07 Yamaha motor cycle won't start at all. He took it back to the dealer and they said gas stabilizer would clear up the problem. It did, but only temporarily. He wound up going to another Yamaha dealer and the mechanic said any 2 stroke will eventally have problems...from you outboard to your lawn mower...just a matter of time. Remember, this is an '07 model bike!

all gas at this point has a certain percentage of Ethonol in it.

It is all 10% ethanol. Govt mandated to replace mbte.
racor water seperator and PRI-G is your best protection.

Just wait until E-20 comes out!!!!! We are in for a world of hurt!!
PK what motor is in that?? Hard to tell from the pic?? I have been making mixture adjustment on a monthly basis to get my tub idling right.
If you run an I/0, I have additive that may help you out. t^

It's a 4 cyl Merc i/o. 120 horse. 2bbl. Thinking about giving the carb a rebuild. Had a couple hard starts recently...then she gets better.

Run MDR E-Zorb and Sea Foam or Pri G. The E-Zorb will absorb water. It's new and is suppose to stop that water E-10 seperation. Last year I ran Sea Foam and Star Tron. I added some Stabile to the last fill up before winter. Other than some minor little "hiccup" at about 1200 rpm's, no problems with last years fuel. I have a Racor Fuel Water seperator and a I changed the fuel filter (new from last fall prior to winterization) after the "old" gas from last year was used up. She runs as good as new. 2001, F100, Yammi 4 stroke. I would do the same with the 2 stroke. The E-10 is here to stay.
