Want to work for NOAA? Here is your chance.
JOB Duties:

The incumbent will serve as a Program Analyst for the National Marine Fisheries Service with an emphasis on detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes regarding the Fishery Catch Share programs in the Southeast Region.

Looks like NOAA is looking for someone to work on catch shares. The "machine" is in motion.
Isn't it amazing how big $$$ can roll over the outcries of the American people. The "machine" has been in motion for years. Catch Shares Jane was selected for the head of NOAA to install shares/separation. Big Government, big money, at work. The hell with the will of the people. Government of the money, for the money, and by the money, rules!
Remember!   Come November 2012.  rgmn  Bob

They are called NOAA because they don't Know-A thing. Remember, this is the same agency where we get our weather reports from. And we all know how accurate they always are.  ::)
