Title: ortley beach this weekend

hey guys,im headed down to ortley beach this sat.sun,mon..gonna do alot of surf fishing..does anyone know what times your allowed on the beach..i think its ok before ten am when the lifeguards set up,but what about the afternoon and evening?.anyone know how late you can fish?..thanks all.. chrz

As long as the lifeguards are out and about fishing is off limits.  Before they set up is okay as there is no set time for start or finish but fishing all night is no problem as the beach does not close at night.

as pual said, life guards around no fishing because the beach is technically "closed" and only bathers and beachgoers who pay a certain amount can enter the beach (in most cases)
