Title: Manahawkin bay 7/20
Post by: bassnblues on July 21, 2011, 08:48:58 PM
Me, my BIL and 2 nephews anchored up in about 4' just north of the LBI causeway. Started out slow but after about a half hour, we were pulling in a blue claw every time we pulled up a hand line. Not huge ones but great action. We took about 1/2 a 5 gallon bucket and left them biting to go fluke fishing.

Went behind beach haven where there were tons of small sea bass and robins. I got the only keeper fluke.

Came back and had a crab boil feast on the deck.

Great day on the water!

Will post a couple of pics later.
