Title: Keansburg Fishing Pier
Post by: thoordog on July 27, 2011, 09:51:27 AM
I'm looking to go to the Keansburg Fishing pier to do some late afternoon into evening fishing and was wondering how the fishing there is at that time.

wa and i havent personnally heard any reports from the pier but i usually am able to pick up 1 or 2 keeper fluke on my way home right next to it so i dont see why not...and in another week the mad bluefish bite should be back...

Good Luck

wa ..we fish around there on the way back to port (keyport)  we do get some, mostly shorts a couple keepers here and there.

Good luck!!!

P.S...(Just for thought) we found green feathers work well in the bay for us.We use it there to and use killies/squid combo. If the snapper blues are there try to get one of them and try that!.......Happy Fishin....
