Title: Italian Style Poached Fluke Filet
Post by: FiremanJeff on August 01, 2007, 01:49:25 PM
Use a Large pyrex glass caserole dish. Fill it half way with Homade Sauce. You can use store bought but its not as good. sink 6 filet into the sauce and squeeze a half of a fresh lemon over the top. Put uncovered dish onto your grill (temp. on High)for ten to twelve minnutes. look te see that sauce boils! check one filet to make sure it is cooked to your specs, I like mine white and flakey all the way through. Serve over linguini or your choice of pasta. along with a fresh bread or garlic bread.  ummmm um

Welcome Aboard Jeff,

Glad you jumped right in and posted a great recipe.  I will have to try it with the fluke I have in the freezer.

Again, Welcome Aboard

Happy Catching
