i want to leave soon to go fishing in the park.... is it open. will they let me in ...

IBSP IS CLOSED TODAY.  JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE PARK OFFICE.  THEY WILL HOPEFULLY REOPEN TOMORROW.
